I can't believe how bad their website is for creating shipments and scheduling pickups. It logs me out multiple times so I have to keep reentering the information and then generates 3-4 tracking numbers for ONE shipment. For no reason. It's truly an embarrassment of a website in terms of functionality, navigation, and UX.

Sitting here at home, waiting for my package to be delivered. So far it has taken A WEEK for a package to be moved from its starting location in Mississauga ON, to Cambridge ON, a drive that would take a normal person 1-2 hours. I am praying that it will be delivered today, since on the tracker it apparently says it is on the truck, but so far it has taken them nearly 2 and a half hours to get from Cambridge to my house 30 min away... and I'm still waiting!

Seriously f%@k Fedex... Amazon delivery is so much better...

I called them and had an investigation filed. Called back and the guy was like "we didn't send your investigation through yet because we were busy." Do better, FedEx.

Stayed home all day waiting to sign for it; it has been “in transit” for almost twenty four hours now. Had I known they were using FEDEX I would have not been lazy and just picked it up myself.

FedEx is just awful. How it stays in business is beyond me. Today I was expecting a package, and when I tracked it, it said it had been delivered, but sitting on my front porch was a package for someone else, and the two addresses were nothing alike.

I call them and of course get someone from another country that I can barely understand. I told them I received the wrong package, gave them the tracking number on that package, and the address it was supposed to be delivered to. They tell me to put it back on my front porch and someone will be by to pick it up, so then I ask them WHERE is my package, and they said it had been delivered, but NOT TO ME, which was the whole problem.

So then he asks my name and phone number and he starts pecking away at his computer. This went on for several minutes, and then he said "call us back because our system is down". Now how am I supposed to know when their stupid system is back up in order to call them again?

Meanwhile, the other person's package still sits on my front porch. FedEx needs to be driven out of business for their shoddy service and horrendous customer service. Give me the good old USPS any day.

Well just like pretty much all the other complaints. I was expecting a package tone delivered on Sept 13th but never received it, status still said it was in Oceanside, CA. from the shipping date of Sept 9th. No updates on tracking as I signed up for. I call regarding my package and was unwilling (like pulling teeth, literally) informed that the trailer was involved in an accident in route to my state and ALL packages were destroyed 🤔. Crazy how I haven’t heard of this on national or local news yet. Then I was instructed to contact the seller for them to open a claim for a refund. If I didn’t need BP meds before, I certainly do now🤯🤬! So I immediately reach out to the seller on Mercari, then to Mercari personally and to PayPal directly to try and get assistance because as you know FedEx doesn’t give 2 🐁 a$$’s about their customers. Now comes the waiting game to get a refund. I will never recommend FedEx to anyone.

They never deliver on the day scheduled. So I kept missing my package. They made 2 delivery attempts on the same day, within 2 hours. If I am not at home, I am probably not at home that day. It does not make sense to delivery twice..

When I called the customer service line, they "proudly" call this twice attempts a "service". After a final attempt, if they don't deliver on the day I am be at home, this shipment will be returned to the shipper. And they don't accept this shipment go to a different address.

I am so amazed that they are still in business.

Discovered that scammers love using fedex because they can order things for themselves from places like walmart or a third party, and then fed ex for the most part not deliver to you because you have to be a shipper to have the product delievred. As a buyer in the fedex triangulation you don't have much authority even if your name is on the parcel.
It was a goddamned headache for the past month with this damn package untill it finally went back to where it came from. Not the shipper who used me to for something for themselves. So much aggraivation, from now on I will not buy from people whom use fed ex.
Some of the employees really do try thier best but can't cut through the red tape. Alot of the time you are lied to when the tracking info is right in front of your face and you have to keep calling untill you get an honest employee who will do their best and admit the truth.
Like I said not all fed exs fault when someone is using them to rip people off.
Buyers beware.

Woow….where to begin!? I have had a package that came from New Jersey to Baltimore still not be delivered, now going on the 5th (shipping) day! initially my package was sent out on Thursday Sept 5, 2019 My package hasn't been delivered nor do they know where my package is apparently as of (September 11, 2019) I initially began to be worried when I received one package from the same seller and purchase (just the accessories) and the main component had not been delivered. Apparently, the delivery was never was even attempted. So Saturday I call, and was informed by several customer service reps that my package was on a truck and it would be delivered that day by 8pm. Of course that not where the story ends people!

Sunday there aren't any deliveries, ok no problem. I wait until Monday to check in on everything.

Monday comes and I'm "assured the package is on the truck and out for delivery this time they tell me because this is a business, that the package will be delivered by 6pm but has the option to go up until 8pm, but it will be delivered. Wait all day at home only to be disappointed yet again.

So, at this point I'm concerned for my items. Why it seems like no one can pinpoint a delivery time so right before 8pm, approx. 7:20pm, I call back and ask that I just have the package held at the facility so that it can simply be picked up. At this time I have already spoken to several reps who repeatedly gave me wrong information so much so that I was speaking with a Ground Trace Supervisor by the name of Wendy who gave me a reference number for this procedure. Wendy said she is in Texas and really can do anything other that put in the request. So the request was made.

Taking us to Tuesday. Tuesday I wait around till 2 pm hits and I check the tracking number states its not available for pickup. The package is supposed to be dropped off to a FedEx drop box in order for me to pick it up the rep stated to me it would be there by approx. 12 or 1pm. Upon calling in at 2pm I find out that the request wasn't processed internally and no one at the station complied with said request. Pissed off all over again! In addition to not knowing where the package is because in the computer system on my end it says "Hold at facility". Well that was Monday night at 7:30pm no updated tracking information has been reported on this tracking number since then.

Today is Wednesday September 11, 2019 after calling several times I have spoken to over 14 people 3 of which have been "supervisors" (I use that term extremely loosely) regarding this case and literally everyone tells me something different. Now I've been advised yesterday if I don't receive a package by Thursday September 12, 2019 I should contact the seller. Whaaaaat!? So the complete incompetency of FedEx is not to blame just contact the seller to send another one? I can make a complaint but to no avail because it literally did nothing! Problem is the item in question was and still is on backorder and will not have any other units in for who knows how long. I had already been waiting over a month to receive this package FOR MY BUSINESS!

Now currently they still have no idea where my package is and from the reviews from the station in which it was sent to for processing and distributionits 99% probably stolen. Just if you have a minute do a google search on FedEx in Sparrows Point, Md. This issue isn't something new im sure corporate is aware of this however no one seems to be doing anything about it. There needs to be a lawsuit against them! They need to shut down this distribution center IMMEDIATELY! Especially if this is the service level everyone is being afforded. Missing work, time from family, pushing back booked shoots, etc this has been a complete and horrible nightmare to deal with. I WILL BE ENSURING NOONE IN MY FAMILY WILL EVER USE FEDEX SERVICE. IN ADDITION I WILL BE MAKING A PUBLIC VIDEO IN REFRENCE TO ALL OF THIS AND WILL POST TO AS MANY SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLETS AS I CAN. THIS NEEDS TO STOP BEING THE NORMAL BUSINESS PRACTICE FOR THE PLACE.

I have literally not one time received a package on time from them... ever. Most of the time it will be bounced back and forth to regional hubs for no apparent reason then, unless I am really lucky, end up in some other part of the state with the tracking now showing that "they don't know when my package will arrive". Ha! what a joke. Last time I had given it up for lost when it finally arrived ONE MONTH LATER with the box shredded and close to destroyed. Today I am waiting on them for a package that shows it is not even in the city yet. I will be absolutely shocked if it actually gets here today.

Now I had a phone sent from verizon and they use crap fedex and verizon said it would be at my house today but of course fedex put down that the address was wrong so they didn't have to deliver it and they are only open from 9am to 1pm what a joke. We need to shut them down or overload their network with a ddos.

Parcel2go won't help the merchant because I signed for the package upon. FedEx doesn't want to help me because I am not the shipper. I filed a claim anyway, then took FedEx to court, because the merchant and Parcel2go conduct their business in the U.K.(untouchable) I lost the small claims case due to not having a preponderance of evidence despite the fact I brought in pictures of the damaged item and receipts declaring the value and also the fact the judge may have watched too much Judge Judy. FedEx and Parcel2go are complicit and will not hold themselves accountable. It's like they are using the rule book from the CIA and SIS(MI6) using plausible deniability as a form of protection from the small population of the general product receiving damaged parcels.

So on the 4th when my daughter arrived home at about 3:30 PMZ another door tag said they were there at 1:40 PM!! FEDEX then told her she'd have to pick it up at their ststuon. She doesn't gave a truck. So I called them, was referred to customer service, joke, and told I'd have to pay $15 for delivery. I said OK and made arrangements for delivery todsy, September 6 after 4 PM....guess what.. no on showed. I called the local Santa Fe office and was given the run around and lied to and was told it would NOT be delivered and we'd gave to pick it up...I was not happy with the gut and he hung up on me. I called customer service, joke, again and was given even a bigger run around...unbelievable so I requested a supervisor...think the guy was in China and after 25 minutes or so I realized he was nothing more than a corporate apologist stooge for the worst delivery company on Earth...so in the meantime my daughter was hanging around waiting for her delivery.....I had to call her and tell her it wasn't being deliveeed. I asked for the corporate office number but the stooge wouldn't give it to me. BTW if I hadn't called my daughter would still be waiting....FEDEX is a self serving corporate rip off vompany...there IS NO customer service only people whose English is hard to comprehend and who really don't care about the customer. So now I'm going to hire a local mover to get her furniture but get this...my daughter gas to show up in person with the mover to get the items...my advice....AVOID FEDEX AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Fed Ex sucks. I have ordered at least 50 items from Amazon over the last 5-6 years and all items were delivered and basically on time. I have ordered a handful of items delivered by FedEx and the lost two of my orders. One was a package that weighed over 100 pounds. How do you lose such a large package. It was never found. They just lost another package. FedEx is the worst shipping carrier I have ever de ssd let with. They must hire people with no brains.

Town A doesn't send my package to my town's FedEx facility as one would expect, no, they send my package to Town B's FedEx facility (48.6 miles between Town A and Town B), which is already stupid, but it doesn't end there, the package has left Town B's facility not once, not twice, but THREE times, and two of those times the package left, and returned to the same facility. Currently my package is in transit from Town B's facility to God knows where, but if by some miracle it's coming to my town's facility, let me ask you a perfectly valid question.. would it not have been easier to send my package from Town A's facility, again, 55 miles straight to my town's facility.. or send it 48.6 miles to Town B and then *checks Google Maps* 81.7 F*CKING MILES BACK TO MY TOWN MEANING THE PACKAGE HAS TRAVELED 130.3 POINTLESS F*CKING MILES RATHER THAN 55?!

Lyft, Uber, restaurants, businesses etc were still on in the region. One would expect a company with such extensive infrastructure to be able to account for such possibilities and in event there’s no damage like such, they’d resume delivery operations. Nope. FedEx is bloated and sucks HARD. And THAT’S Amazon is gonna kick them in there assess here shortly. Just watch. FedEx will be the next DHL.

I spoke with one agent who assured me that it was going to be delivered today and then 5 minutes later another agent tells me it will be deliver tomorrow and the internet tracking now says tomorrow after two days of saying it was today. Not the first time and probably not the last.

Also the foreign CS people are hard to understand and NOT helpful at all.

I won't ship fedex and I can only try to persuade my vendors to drop them.

to someone I have no idea across the country. Seller refuse to awnswer emails.
The fed ex woman was honest that she could do her best to intercept package but its going on a tour. Other people in fed ex refused to reroute package

Update on today’s fiasco(2 below this)...
On the last post it was after 6pm, although I talked to Fed-Ex multiple times, was informed that they had until 8pm to deliver and that it was “on the truck and out for delivery”... guess what??!! At 7:50PM the tracking changed to “pending”... no delivery attempt, so I went down to the hub (13 minutes away from my location!). I was able to get them to locate the truck and package and bring it to me. (Shout out to Dave at the hub!! Even though it says on the address label of the package “leave at door”, I’m concerned so I leave an 8”x11” bright yellow note on door “had customer emergency, Fed-Ex, please leave package at door... or knock loud!” (As my GF was out back but knocking would make the dogs bark.... )
Checking tracking on my phone says “delivery attempted will try next business day”. Get home check security cameras (there’s 8 in front) driver got out of truck, took two steps towards business and just turned around and got back in.
Called fed-ex, got told tough shit be next day...
Next day driver shows up, shrapnel everywhere in his face, hat backwards and big sagging holes where his earlobes used to be... my steaks have been haphazardly repacked in a Fed-ex box as now the dry ice is gone and everything defrosted destroying the original box as well as most of the Fed-ex box...
Driver tries to hand me this mass of wet cardboard and thawed steaks. “I’m refusing it... why didn’t you leave the package here yesterday as both the note on the door as well as the delivery label say to do?? Or simply knock?” “Dude, I knocked a couple times and nobody answered...”
Point out the cameras above the door, storefront and driveways... “want to tell me again how you knocked? See’s cameras... says “I didn’t knock...”. No shit? Hate Fed-Ex

Further, I was HOME sick the last two times they claimed they tried to deliver and there was NO delivery attempt! I think their drivers are off drinking somewhere all day and then claiming no one was home when they tried to deliver packages. They are THE WORST ground service in the entire country!

End of the day, package delivery date changed to the following day. Ok? Thats cool. Getting excited I guess.
Next morning, package is several states away(NJ)
Called several facilities... package shows as being sent to CA on my end, got assured that its being sent to CT.
Then estimated delivery is changed to another week?
Assured that package was coming to CT.
So why six days and destination CA?
Asked if package was attempted to be deliverd and thays why iy floayed back and foryh 2o min from my house, told it was never attempted??
I login to my account and it states I have no packages in transit.
WTF.

Every time they deliver a package to my house, they throw it in the driveway, toss it in the fountain, or leave it on the sidewalk even though I always specifically request that the package be left at the FRONT DOOR. And that’s only when I bought lucky enough to get the package brought to the correct address - half of the time it is delivered to the wrong house!
I have never had these issues with UPS!

Well I got an email saying it was delivered, but I was literally sitting my my front room window on my phone waiting for it, and I got a delivery email. No guy came to the door, no truck, so I went around my neighborhood in a block radius and no one had it. I contacted FedEx and they said they couldn't do anything about it and they cut off communication, so I went to the seller and it took two days to verify that FedEx had lost it and I wasn't tryna come them or smthn, then it took another 2 weeks to get here, by ups so it was done right.

I said yes that's fine so they ordered from the Manufacturer and they manufacturer was bck ordered on that Item so I had to wait months just for it to ship. When it finally did ship I saw that they shipped with FedEx...... I knew from previous experience I was in for some crap. They can never find my address, but they also never seem to look. I'm 3 days into it with hours and days wasted waiting for them to show. Each day they tell me that they cannot find my address even though all day long in the hot August sun I am sitting outside waiting watching every single car that passes by. Not one single FedEx truck. I've been on the phone with them every day giving them directions in minute detail on how to find my place. It couldn't be simpler. I was assured yesterday that they would send my package today, but they never bothered to send it from the distribution center and it was automatically marked as "Can not locate recipiant" so they never even bother to try again. I was on the phone again today with them and they said they would have the driver call me. We'll see what happens tomorrow.

I ended up having to single-handedly haul a very heavy machine up the stairs, and I'm a 125 pound woman. I pulled a muscle in my back doing it. Complete load of bullshit - if the slacker Fedex guy couldn't or wouldn't deliver it to the door, then he should have left a note asking me to make alternate delivery arrangements. Instead he dumped a $500 machine at the wrong door. Go back to working at the drive-thru you freakin' bum. Asking people if they want Arby's or Horsey sauce is all you're fit for.

Fed-Ex tracking shows the package is out for delivery, signature required. OK, like most Americans, we work. Nobody is home to sign. Package is not delivered. Tracking portal gets updated. Per the message on the portal, they will attempt delivery again tomorrow, or I can pick up the package after 8PM, at their warehouse 35 minutes away. I check their business hours. They close at 7PM. So I call customer service to confirm this idiotic loop. After 10 minutes of digital speech reading aloud to me the information I already see on the portal, they connect me to a person who also reads everything back to me. The end result? In a nutshell, I can take off work tomorrow to sit by the door and wait for Fed-Ex. Or, I can ask them to hold the package tonight, and then drive 35 minutes each way to pick up the package tomorrow after work. I ask, at his point, what is the purpose of paying for express delivery? Wait another day. Drive an hour after work. Heck, at that point, it's not delivery at all. It's hybrid shipping... you go partway, I'll finish the job. Incredible. You want a signature. I get it. But if I, the consumer, can't be present during the business day, then you, the service provider, ought to facilitate a pick-up time or mechanism for someone who has paid for a non-standard service... express delivery. Pick it up after 8, but we close at 7... ridiculous!

The second ( replacing the first ) tracking# 789358826113 was shipped on 8-27-19 and was supposed to be in La Grande Oregon 8-28-19 but instead is sitting in Memphis Tenn. I’m pretty DAMN sure this package will be ruined by the time I receive it. I would like to know what FedEx will do to make this right and why can’t you deliver on time. The items in this package take time to prepare for shipping, and there’s a strong possibility that those items may not be available for round 3 of mis delivery.

At 6:30 checked the status and now showed the package should be delivered tomorrow. Called their CS who I had a hard time understanding and think he said the truck had a problem and returned at 6 PM. Most others would have put orders on another truck and continue to deliver all the packages that were on the truck but not Fed EX which seems like delivery dates are not important to them. CS says the package will be delivered around 2 PM tomorrow but he couldn't say if they are going to try and use the same truck again.

I changed the day of delivery after unsuccessful attempt, but nothing happened. No explanation, nothing, just a no-show. And booking the new to begin with had to be done over phone when all their other communication happens over email. And ah so many other details. This is the third time I had to use FedEx and the last two time made my miss a deadline on the delivery of two important artworks. Amazing.

I bought an item on 8/18/19 from walmart.com. They shipped it via fedex and it was supposed to arrive on 8/23/19. I checked the tracking info on that day and it said my package was on the truck and out for delivery. It wasn’t delivered. I thought maybe this delivery required a signature and that’s why they hadn’t delivered it. I called customer service the following morning and the young lady from India assured me that no signature is required and that the package would be delivered that day. I checked the tracking info again and now it said my delivery would be made by end of day 8/24/19 Believe it or not, the delivery was again not made. I called customer service again that evening to find out what was going on and I spoke to another agent in India. He opened a case because they apparently lost the package. The package being 37”x17”x7”. It seems losing a package that size would require effort. If only they would put that kind of effort into finding it. About an hour after the case was opened, I received a call from a fedex agent here in the states. She told me she was working on my case and assured me my package would be delivered on the following Monday. She also told me she would call me again on Monday to follow up. The package was not delivered on Monday nor did I receive a follow up phone call. It’s now Tuesday morning and the tracking on my package hasn’t been updated since Saturday. It just says “no delivery date available at this time”. I also called customer service on Monday night after the third missed delivery and spoke to a man here in the states who just couldn’t seem to care less about my issue or that no one had called me as promised. He told me he would add a note to the case that said I would be expecting a call Tuesday morning. I said thanks and he hung up without another word. I decided to write this review while I waited for the call that I know isn’t going to come. Going forward, I will never buy anything that has to be shipped via fedex. If they’re the only shipping option offered by the seller, then I’ll find another seller.

Fedex has got to be the worst package delivery service on the planet. UPS has no problem getting packages from the middle of nowhere to my door in 20% of their expected delivery time. I ordered a single item through Walmart and they pulled from a location in Louisville which is where Fedex picked it up. I live in Elizabethtown, which is 50 miles maximum from any of the Fedex locations in Louisville. All FedEx had to do was put it in a truck, in a van, in a car, on the back of a mule and it could have been here already. I could have WALKED from my house and picked it up by this point.

Fedex picked it up on Friday. It is Sunday and it is still sitting in the same Fedex location as it was Friday. Expected delivery is Monday, which I don't believe at all because I doubt Fedex could find their asses with both hands and a map, much less figure out how to drive down I-65 for an hour.

Surely theres no way it takes 10 days to get a package from that short of a distance. Well the part wasn't shipped out until the following wednesday where it made its way to charlotte in less than a day. So I figure my package would come in the following day seeing as though charlotte is less than 15 miles from my house. NO... The package sat in charlotte all day then was shipped out at 3am and didn't arrive to concord until 12:57pm the next day. It is still sitting in concord at their location where they refuse to touch it until Monday so they can meet their quota I guess. Absolutely ridiculous

I have personally had a 100% success rate at getting pizza delivered but Fedex can figure out how to get a package to me. Just had a package shipped to me from less than 20 miles away and they send it all the way from the west coast to Memphis TN, just so they can send it right back to the same airport it left out of, more than 3,000 miles round trip, and will most likely not be delivered like every other one that comes Fedex. UPS delivers with zero problems, USPS delivers with zero problems, Fedex just fails every time.

But WAIT, we gotta send your package on a joy ride to the furthest end of another state. They then tried and failed to pass the package to a real carrier, USPS, but FAILED, because how f%@king hard is it. So the package arrives back at the same neighboring city it was at 3 days later, but this time they send it to my city. It was in town for one glorious morning, only to be jettisoned BACK to the other side of another state, where it FINALLY was passed off the USPS. Who have yet to deliver the f%@king package. It has been over two weeks.

Two identical packages sent, BOTH on truck for delivery on Fri 5/16 but only ONE gets delivered. The package that does arrive looks like it was dragged behind truck for the last mile to my door.

Package 2 of 2 shows "delivery exception" and that it will be delivered on next business day (Mon 5/19). 4 am on 5/19 shows "on truck for delivery by end of day" and yet at end of day not delivered -- status shows delivery by end of day Tues 5/20.

Called customer service and learn it will "100% definitely be delivered on Tuesday." End of day on Tues 5/20, no delivery and now tracking site says delivery by end of day 5/21. I call useless customer service again, ask where I can pick up package myself ... waste 15 minutes on hold while they CONFIRM with local station that package is there and will be held for pickup. They say I can only pick up between 9am-11am or 5pm-6pm from station. Wed 5/21 status shows package at local station. I drive 30 minutes to station, arrive at 9am and wait for 45 mins while they confirm package is NOT there but was put on truck -- at 9:11 am -- and is not out for delivery. They even call 3 layers of management and "confirm" that package was scanned onto a specific truck. Will be delivered for sure before end of day. It was not. 9pm and still no status other than "pending delivery" on tracking site. Ass clowns.

I typically receive FE deliveries before 5 and I work from home so everything is usually kosher. Of course the ONE signature required package I get this year comes at 7:30pm, during the half hour I have to pick up my kid from a school event.

I tried to obtain a signature release prior to post on the door but that not allowed like UPS. Called the number, they said no dice, I must be present. They would not let me redirect the shipment. They told me to go online to request it.

I tired to register an online ID to redirect the shipment. This requires a mailed (USPS) code which takes 3-5 days.

The sticky left on the door was not filled out. Called the number, apparently I can leave the sticky with a signature which allows the driver to leave the package? Why couldn’t do this for the original delivery?

Agent told me the driver may still opt to not leave the package, their discretion.

Exception handling is a dumpster fire of conflicting policy. Wouldn’t it be easier (and cheaper) to allow customers more control?

Sorry for the rant but the most important package of the year for me is trapped in FedEx purgatory.

I got an email on tues eve saying package would be delivered wed. Great! what quick delivery and communication. Only it was a lie. When I checked again, it said Thursday. OK, 1 day late, fine. Only it didn't come on Thursday. When I checked the detailed tracking history, it showed *2* delivery attempts.....so why, 1) didn't they leave it in the secure locked building that the delievery person has the key for ( see fedex packages left all the time in the bldg. vestibule. 2) why wasn't I left a door tag on either day saying they attempted a delivery? 3) why wasn't I sent an automated email updating me when I had been receiving emails all along and had checked all the boxes to notify me for everything, including "delivery exception. Spent almost 30 min dealing with a useless CSR with long periods of silence where I thought maybe I was disconnected and an equally useless supervisor who's final response before I hung up was, "no, there's nothing we can do to help you. They will come tomorrow and the next day when I'm not home and not leave my package again. It's a $15 item and the sender didn't require signature, and since they didn't leave a hang tag, I can't sign to say leave it, and no they won't send it to a different address even though that's offered as an option on the website. So I can take the day off from work and hope they ring my buzzer, stay home all day Saturday and hope they ring my buzzer or have the item shipped back to the seller. Smartpost sucks balls and doesn't even do a good job at ball sucking! Ugh!!!

Package has been out for delivery for 2 days in a row from a location that is 10 miles away from its destination, why IDK, there are more facilities that are a lot closer. By the end of the day it gets rescheduled to the next subsequent day. The tracking website basically serves no use if a package is going to keep saying that its going to arrive by the end of day. Seems like an endless loop going on and the fact you can't do anything with the tracker and instead call people who only guess (not ensure) that the situation will be rectified is absolutely absurd.

Let's face it, this is day 3, the people over there don't know what they are doing or not doing what they are supposed to do. I honestly should just tell the shippers by special request to avoid using fedex.

I find myself calling back 2:30 a nice rep said they would send a message to driver letting them know we close 4:30 and to deliver before.
Again I called back 4:30 to checkup and was told they could be there up until 8pm as if nothing happened. Here I am waiting until 8 and NOTHING from FedEx! Not even a phone call, an email. Hows that for service and ownership.
10PM I call and get transferred around like an blender for 30 minutes until a supervisor finally gets on the phone and acknowledges the system doesn't show anything different and has nothing to update me with other than it will be delivered like they said 4x today. David said he would call me back tnt or tomorrow with an update....

No call, no show! Made a note that no one was home, left note on the door. I live back a private lane and I get alerts on my phone when people come and go. No FedEx seen on the camera history, no note found! Then when I called they said they couldn’t find the house. So mad! Ended up having them deliver it to work. Made sure they were aware it was a business and we were onsite from 7:00-4:00. They tried to deliver at 9:37 pm!!! WTF FedEx!! Finally had to meet the driver an hour away from home to take delivery of my phone. Now here we go again! Just tried to have another phone delivered but this time straight to work. I work an hour from home and have to make arrangements for someone to be at my house to sign when necessary. Their tracking is an absolute f%@king joke. It's impossible to make any arrangements because their delivery date changes at the last possible second all the time. Then, when you see these last minute changes and try to manage the delivery to have it held somewhere or schedule an evening delivery (which you have to pay for, really?) the changes take so god damn long to process that they just attempt delivery anyway... which of course fails. I don't have these issue with UPS or USPS... it's only FedSux. f%@k them.

Tracking went to pending for 3 days at which time the status went to DELIVERED 8/2/19 which IT WAS NOT. I have been battling with Fedex and the seller since. Both claiming it says delivered, neither of which can prove to me through GPS or what have you it was. Both agreeing they see how odd the tracking was during shipment. I am out $380.00 with out the ability for refund without the package returned.

This year Fedex has done a terrible job. Packages are either late or damaged. They have been sending packages on scenic tours. I'm in Arkansas, ordered items from the Northeast. Some made it to Arizona and one as far as California. I can't imagine how that could happen. The shipper sent new items. Most of the damage can be blamed on wally world not packing properly, but the carrier shouldn't tape up damage where liquid has leaked and deliver without making the customer aware and you get a surprise when you open the box. I can't remember the last time I had a problem with USPS or UPS compared to being a pleasant surprise if Fedex delivers without some issue.

On FedEx page it acknowledges it picked up the package on 8/8/19

Don't hand your Fedex ground package to Fedex ground driver. They will give you an attitude, won't accept, or simply accept but charges you $3.00 pickup fee per package even if you didn't call in for pickup and they were just in front of your office delivering.
That is because these drivers are independent company working for FedEx and don't get credit for those packages that were just handed to them.

They are not like UPS. So, don't assume they work like them.

I called FedEx and account rep supervisor. told me that those drivers are not allowed to pickup any packages that are not scheduled (So, they have right to give me an attitude?) She said "Yes" that is probably why they gave me an attitude. Wow, what a great customer service skill.

At the same time she asked me to request daily pickup for weekly fee. I wanted to do it so I don't have to drive to FedEx drop off everyday but she gave me a such a bad attitude about pickup time slot to pickup location, I said forget it and hung up.

FedEx is the worst. I NEVER ship with them, and I try to get shippers to use alternate carriers when shipping to me. I purchased a guitar and had it shipped to my work address. To my dismay the seller shipped it via FedEx. The tracking info shows the correct address and such, and the delivery was supposed to happen yesterday. Yesterday morning I received notification that my guitar had been delivered at 10:47 am, so I headed to the front of the shop to collect my parcel. Nothing. No delivery. In fact, FedEx hadn't even been to our complex yet that day. I give it a few minutes, because we've had issues with FedEx marking things as delivered and then actually delivering them a half hour or more later. Still nothing. Contact customer support. Get the usual scripted brush off. Finally get some assistance after tweeting about the situation, and am put in touch with a Customer Care Advocate. At least this guy's trying to locate it, and has been in touch with me, but as yet I still do not have my guitar, nor do I have any idea when/if I'll get it.

How hard is it to read an address off a label and deliver something to that address?!?!

But this putting a hold on my account for 45 bucks more than I have in the account, is really bad customer relations. I am now effectively locked out of my bank account until next week. We have always paid for our use of your service, and there is no earthly reason why I must pay with my livelihood, while you have issues with DEADBEATS. This will be posted on your FACEBOOK page too.
They put a hold on my account, for seven to ten days, for over sixty bucks and change, when I had about twenty bucks to my name (just enough cash so the ATM would talk to me!), ALL BECAUSE "some other additional charge might pop up".

I ordered an item from Sams Club which weighed around 100 pounds and bulky to be delivered by FedEx. A week later a FedEx truck backed up to my driveway and pushed my order out the truck door on to the driveway and then he just drove away.

I'm guessing they don't have hand-trucks.

I needed to return the item and a FedEx guy came back to my home to pick it up. When the truck arrived, the driver walked around in the road in front of my house while on his cell phone for a few minutes and then told me he could not pick up the return. I am guessing the item was to heavy??

Sams Club customer service had to hire a trucking company to pick up the return item.

I next ordered a similar item from Costco which weighed approximately the same 100 pounds. UPS delivered the bulky heavy item and one guy put the item on my front porch, which has 7 steps up to the porch all by himself. He had some hand-trucks but didn't use them up the steps. The UPS man did more than I expected.

I order black rifle coffee regularly and FedEx is involved with the delivery. It takes OVER a week to deliver a few pounds of coffee from the time I am informed my package has shipped. Only has to go from the shipping center located in the adjacent state to me, probably no more than 500 miles.



UPS has problems too but I have not had a bad experience with them and I use them almost weekly.

i ordered a laptop and i checked the tracking and it mentioned the package was in irving. I was in irving at the time and i called them to pick up the item from their hub. lady said i could not do that . so i was like o ok can i have it delivered at a walgreens then. she said sure thats gonna be about 3 more days to get there. I was like plano is not 3 days away from irving . but whatever so i check tracking and it says package on truck for delivery same status allllll day. i call fedex on monday around noon to confirm item is actually being delivered and someone was like yes thats what it says.

so after waiting all day on a status update in the tracking i ended up drving to the walgreens and they said nothing was dropped off.

i call fed ex again. a lady told me since the package required a signature they can't deliver it to a walgreens. not only that the walgreens people refused the package so it had to be driven all the way back to irving.

i asked the lady the obvious questions why did no one call me or email or update the tracking with the error or anything usefull.
then i asked why the f%@k did they offer the walgreens option if they can't deliver the item there.
so now the status has said on truck for delivery for 48 hours.

still waiting on item. i avoid fedex shipping and don't buy from people that ship fedex.

Granted I'm used to never getting my packages delivered at home since most people aren't home at noon on a Tuesday. And have become totally trained to pickup the package at a Fedex site. But, having to always spend 30 minutes on the phone to get it transferred to a site and not being able to get it delivered to the preferred site and delaying delivery for at least 48 hours awaiting that transfer to occur and the ridiculous message stating Fedex tried to deliver my package when in fact the truck pulled into the Fedex warehouse on a Sunday when it's closed! Fedex is a logistics company?!? HA! never.

When they were delivered just now I got a normal alert from my cameras. I check it and see the delivery guy leaning these two large boxes against each other on one of the pillars on my porch. Ome of them is literally 7 or I feet long! They are completely visible from the street, "Hey look at these big boxes! Come get them!" FedEx is the only carrier I have this issue with. Theyre left leaning precariously against a pillar instead of being laid down on the floor of my porch. Why would you lean a long box against a pillar? It doesn't make any sense. This package and just about every package I get that's sent with FedEx is always left out in the open for the world to snatch at their leisure. Yes I have cameras but what real good does that do me? I can only hope they will still be there when I get home. Leaving them out and visible from the street is completely unacceptable. FedEx needs to teach their delivery people to think about what theyre doing! I sent an email to their complaint department. Not that anything will change! Aside from this incident, I've had them just set a large box on my side of the gate. They couldn't be bothered to push the gate (not latch required!) and walk it 10 feet up to my door. Of course spending hours on the phone with so-called customer service is nothing more than additional waste of time and increase in frustration.

I already knew things had gotten very bad with FedEx , but this is outrageous - not even a single notification on 4 attempts - and a complete farce and mockery of the company it once was - a company that succeeded and grew on what was once an exceptional level of service, now turned to shit. FedEx claims a package was delivered but I never received it. FedEx driver logged my package as "delivered to back door" but I live in a building on a busy city street and we do not have a back door. I left a note on the front door with my phone number addressed to FedEx, telling them I'm in the building, please call on arrival. Nobody called. No door tag was placed on the door. The package contained medication which was needed in a timely manner. This is not the first time, it happens every time anyone sends anything via FedEx. Similar stories exist among friends throughout the city where I live - the packages never make it to us but the driver marks it as delivered. It's horrible.

FedEx is the best example I can think of in terms of a brand living off of its brand reputation instead of the deteriorating service it actually delivers. Some of the things I don't like about this company: charge extra for residential pickups, intentionally hold packages that aren't "due for delivery" (rather than providing fastest delivery possible), drivers often wait at the door for 3-4 seconds before leaving a slip, customer service is a bunch of silos, had packages delivered to wrong address, had packages damaged.

I will be back to go through your extortion list that you have been throwing in my face over the past 2 months, but, as so many times before for this one package 2 MONTH shipment with hundreds of documents submitted. I will now go through it with a fine tooth comb, publically.


First of all, this was an ONLINE purchase... This was an online purchase that has now taken 2 MONTHS? - To explain better how it works - you go to a website, for instance, Amazon.com - you check out - they deliver to your Friend. This is just a camera - I did not get a quotation, you never get a quotation when you buy and check out online?


I do not have a manufacturer's price list - it's an "ONLINE-ADD-TO-CART-AND-CHECK-OUT-PROCESS". It's fairly new to you perhaps, its been around since the late 1990s but more specifically took off in the early 2000s (This is the Year Ano Domini).


Its called a website. When you go to a website (now in 2019) you see a product - you don't really remember the website or you don't really remember the name of the manufacturer. You just click add to cart - then you get to a page that is called CHECK OUT - then you pay with your credit card (This is a plastic card the size of a business card that transfers funds to the website and to the SHIPPING COMPANY - in this case, most, unfortunately, FEDEX, and furnish the online shop with an address for delivery. What happens next is suppose to have been perfected in the late 2002s to 2010?


Then you wait for your product to arrive. BUT NOOOOOOOO not at FEDUPEX


There you chop down two virgin forests in paperwork (and trust me I have the copy count) and you make the person wait two months for a stupid camera. SO - May I request the details of the Managing director of FedEx. I would like to lodge a formal complaint against FedEx with him as well as the Ombudsman of international shipping in India and South East Asia.


Then to make you burn a little extra for your disgusting behaviour, (as a top international specialist in online marketing and social media) I"m going to name and shame your company that you lose enough customers to pay for the forests of paper you had to cut down for one item, IN ADDITION and as the marketing director of ex-Vice President of the USA Al Gore's 'Climate Reality Project' I will make sure you are named and shamed on his website for the destruction caused by your bureaucracy.

Shipments pending clearance for more than 3 days from the date of arrival are subject to the following demurrage/warehousing charges as applicable:

I got a text this morning that a package that I had been anxiously awaiting had been delivered to my house in Oregon at 9:20 a.m., and I'm home, but no package on my doorstep. I had an email from Target that they were "giddy" that my package had just been delivered to my correct address, but...no package. I immediately track it, and it had been delivered to someone's doorstep in EL SOBRANTE, CA! What?! I immediately call Fed Ex and was told that I would have to file a claim, they had no idea when I would hear back from someone, why or how that would happen, and that any questions that I had needed to be directed to the "trace agent." The only helpful information I was given was a claim number. I decided to call claims and ask if the driver could retrace his steps and retrieve my package, and I was told that while they could try that, I probably wouldn't have anything resolved until 48-72 hours, and couldn't I just call the company that shipped it to me? After all, I paid them for the merchandise, so I would ultimately have to file a claim with them. It wasn't Target's fault, or mine, it was 100% their error. THEY DIDN'T CARE! Where is the accountability? It's so unfair. I didn't even have a choice to use Fed Ex, but never again. I am so frustrated!

(What a load of CRAP) Everyone was home and video cameras do not show any FEDX Truck or guy at my residence. Called FEDX customer care. FEDX Sucks! They can't deliver an Express package when it;s due for delivery and they can't find the driver the package or any info on the package.

I ordered expensive electronics on July 1st and the item shipped out. It took FedEx nearly 24hrs to leave the state of California and traveled about 200-500miles in intervals of 12hrs+ at a time to get to NY.

I cut them some slack, but now I can see why literally no one has anything good to say about FedEx. They were supposed to deliver my package on 7/08, now they're delivering my package on 7/09... Now, you're probably thinking "that's not so bad," and I would agree, IF! they were atleast making headway and keeping me and other customers updated constantly like UPS and USPS. And on top of that, maybe if their methods were orthodox and concise and not a f%@king zigzag around the f%@king country.

They update delivery every 12hrs+ and then when they're 30mins away in NJ (I live in NY) they travel deeper into NJ and now they're 1hr away. And I still for the life of me, can't figure out how moving 30mins further away from the delivery destination would push back delivery of a 12lb package by 24hrs... Me, my friends and family, and my businesses will never use FedEx... NEVER.

Now the "estimated" delivery date is 1 July.

I have been over the FedEx tracking site and tried to contact customer service ("contact us") but the system keeps giving me the same response.

I have had SEVERAL problems with FedEx, since I live WAY OUT in the "sticks". Most have been "tried delivering", "no one home (I only have vendors ship using LEAVE package)" and this is my favorite "equipment malfunction" and if FedEx is so great, why don't they use some of the over priced shipping charge money to buy newer equipment?

This is just out and out poor management of a third-rate delivery service.

It said my laptop will be here on Tuesday but lo and behold it came today...at 9:00 AM, an hour AFTER I leave for work. And try to call them to at least arrange to pick up at the distribution center..one rep said I couldn’t, I have to pick up at another designated location; the next rep said I can pick it up the next day meanwhile the laptop is HERE but they can’t and won’t send their drivers back to redeliver: the next rep confirmed that it was at the designated place but when I arrived there, it wasn’t there and the rep was very patronizing and flippant: the last rep at least was trying to empathize with me because by that time I was crying due to frustration of being talked to like a toddler. However, he said I CAN pick it up at the distribution center but after 6:00PM. While I’m writing this, I am in tears because I wanted to send it to my daughter who is in a college prep summer program and needs this laptop. I purchased it from Amazon who is an intermediary between third party sellers and customers. This has made me rethink about purchasing from Amazon seeing that they are not savvy about coming up with their own delivery system. I mean c’mon..they’re planning on having a friggin’ service to purchase your groceries and bringing them in your home and stocking them😳 In the future, I will purchase items online from Walmart seeing that they have an option to pick up at a designated store. This means Tuesday is the first chance I have to get my package (Note this is over a week at this time) However as fedex requires a person to sign for almost everything and the drivers are backed up from the weekend they do not knock on houses (I have cameras) they will just come up with the missed you slip no package and place on door and drive off. On Wednesday they will at least knock one time before posting he note. The first item shipped on a Monday, made it here Friday, and I had requested it be forwarded to a nearby Walgreens on Thursday night. No major issues with that except tracking went back and forth between Friday and Monday. The 2nd item also shipped on a Monday. I thought I'd be proactive and request the forwarding to Walgreens a few days earlier. Bad idea! It's Friday and it still says at a location in CA! And expected delivery on Monday! Yeah, FedEx drivers have really gone downhill. I assume they've done something messed up with the union contracts.

Our drivers here in North Texas consistently lie about attempting deliveries and make no attempt to knock.

I'm now returning the 8th package in two years because our local FedEx delivery drivers lie about making delivery attempts. Its absolutely a bizarre way to allow a business to run...not sure how they're going to continue down this strange path

Two packages arrived w/no problem the laptop was delayed due to "weather" and is now at a sorting facility. Only now do they tell me that re-routing to store means potential 48-hour delay. Was not told this initially or wouldn't have done it. So first day at new job and no computer. FedEx Sucks.

It is now June 8, 2019. I called them and asked why, they say the weather kept them from delivering. WHAT?!?!? A quick trip to weather.com for my area show a t-storm moved through both days, neither lasted 5 minutes (not exaggerating you can look it up). Instead of pulling over ina safe place for 5 minutes, the jerk goes back home. I told them that UPS had no trouble, USPS had no trouble. It's not a freaking hurricane, it's summer in the SE USA. There is a chance of thunderstorms every single day for the entire summer. A further look into weather.com will show an 80% chance of the same weather we had for the last 3 days for the next 5 days, then 60% after that. I said to the Customer Service rep: "IF you guys are too much of pussies to get wet, please give it to the USPS or UPS as they obviously have WAY more balls then you guys and are not afraid to get their tootsies wet. Buy a f%@king umbrella and some rubber boots. OMFG what happened? FedEx used to be great, now the USPS is better? DHL is better and they can't touch UPS.

I see that there was another "Delivery attemept" when the truck never even came by, 20 minutes later the asshole drives right by without stopping. I immediately call fedex to complain, and the woman on the phone pretty much politely calls me a liar and tells me he had to of knocked on my door. I tell her I thats bullshit and I'll just come pickup the package from them. She tells me to pick it up from a walgreens in the ghetto across town where all the drug addicts hang around and panhandle. Okay, fine, whatever. HP servers are something else I found empty boxes arriving, I know HP does not send empty boxes without the RMA stamp on it to inform HP receiving of the different status. Special order windshields for Volvos in special crate, shattered. 1500 gallon fish tank in heavy box, shattered. Constant crushed boxes of all sizes. Open letter sized packets missing contents from conveyor belts or human tampering.

I contacted FedEx customer service regarding a package I dropped off at a Walgreen drop off location. The scanner at the location wasn't working so they just put the package on the shelf. The following day, the website was not showing that the package had been scanned yet. I told the customer service agent that I dropped off the package that at 2 PM, to which the agent responded that the packaged had been scanned into the system at 2:21 PM.

After I got off the phone, I realized that I meant to say 4 PM, not 2. There is no way the package was scanned at 2:21 PM. The agent lied to me so that I wouldn't continue to inquire about the package.

I called and talked to a lovely customer service rep who assured me it was no trouble to just leave the package. Another rep called me and informed me she would "accept responsibility" (her words, not mine) for my case, and, of course, they could just have the driver leave the package. No delivery attempt Monday. Tuesday at 12:30 pm while everyone was at lunch, they left it at an adjacent business, with no note. A tracking specialist said they would try to do better next time. When I suggested there would be no next time, she said that I could choose to not receive packages from them.
I told one of their reps that the USPS could kick their butts at this game. Shamed by a government bureaucracy.

Not even the customer service representatives can get anyone on the phone in Oakland. So, my customers have been waiting WEEKS for me to send their orders to them that are contained in the shipment. How can FedEx sit on my inventory that is worth thousands of dollars for weeks??? Where is the accountability of this company?? I have been a FedEx customer for years and paid them bundles of money to transport my product. Now I'm treated like a low-level hack while my business is losing thousands of dollars because they won't deliver my package or even give me an explanation for why it is still sitting in Oakland. I've been reading these comments and I have a few suggestions for all of you... #1) if you're ordering something from Walmart and "need it for the weekend and it didn't get delivered".. my suggestion is to just to go Walmart. Dont be lazy. #2) the person who said the driver marked it as delivered before it was.. here is some helpful insight. Scanners sometimes die and drivers dont have an extra battery (which is why it would be marked delivered ahead of time). Please use your head, I understand why you would think obviously it's there, but have some patience. Just like whatever job you have, there are just certain things customers don't understand or refuse to comprehend. And lastly, for people who keep saying "everytime i get something from FedEx something is wrong, etc..." there's a very simple solution, which is order from a company that doesn't use FedEx, or go to the store yourself and buy it. I mean, would you constantly go to a restaurant that keeps messing your order up?

2. Called Fedex, gave tracking number, automated system didn't give it to the agent. I gave it again, was told that the package was delivered.

3. Again I checked front door, back door, and side porch, no package.

4. Called Fedex back, auto-system asked me THREE times for tracking number.

5. Spoke with agent again, was told again that it was delivered.

6. Checked front door again, and - there was the great, big package! The driver scanned it as "delivered" BEFORE he actually delivered it! Not helpful!

7. Called Fedex again, spoke with someone in India (again), explained what happened, asked them to please tell the driver to NOT scan as "delivered" until they WERE delivered, and the agent said, "So you didn't get your package?"

I've NEVER had a package successfully delivered with FedEx. The box is either demolished, they take packages to the WRONG address, they LOOSE my packages, They won't delivery a day early even if the package is at the local facility 3 days early and so on...... Not to mention that they don't show up to the office until at least 4:30pm, usually closer to 5:30pm. UPS comes between 10am and noon everyday. Unfortunately, one equipment provider only ships with FedEx. I'm about to switch to another provider so I can get my stuff ON TIME and SECURE with UPS. I WILL make it my life goal to run FedEX's name in the ground!

I had to ask for leave from work and stay home. Around noon I got an email saying they attempted delivery but apparently nobody is home at the time of delivery.

I immediately called their customer service, and they told me they couldn't contact the driver, and that I had to wait another day.

So today I didn't go to work again, and was staying at home again. Early afternoon I got the same email as yesterday, apparently they attempted another delivery, and nobody was home.

I called their customer service again, and verified my address and all, which are all correct. They basically offered no solution and now I have to go to their warehouse to pick the package up myself. What an amazing delivery service. The earth should be ashamed that there are such horrible "services" on this planet.

I called FedEx and a representative in their trace department told me they could not locate the package. Now it's Thursday and I checked the tracking information again... the package is now in California! Why the hell would they send a package from New York, then to California, then to North Carolina? Now the package won't arrive until next Thursday, another week from today! That's if they don't send it to China first! Wasn't home when the FedEx driver arrived, wasn't told package required signature. So the FedEx driver instead dropped the package off at a CVS and marked it as "Delivered." When I had time to stop by the CVS to pick up the package later that week, I found out it had been sent to some FedEx facility in Memphis, TN to be sent back to the seller. However, FedEx wouldn't send the package back to the seller until the seller paid for shipping. I contacted the seller but he simply told me the tracking information showed the package had been delivered and to go f*** myself. So I lost $56 on an item I'll never receive or be refunded for. F*** FedEx!

Hey Walmart! Drop Fedex! You are losing customers and money due to their moronic lack of accountability. They blew off a delivery for 3 days while we waited and waited. A fella calls, while laughing on the line, saying the truckers are rescheduling due to some bullcrap and they would deliver the next day and he would call in advance.

Delivery never happened...of course...

For 3 days.

Fella never called of course. Fedex then posted that we rescheduled delivery. Lies.

They then sent the products back to Walmart saying customer refused delivery. More unbelievable damned lies from the Beltsville, MD station.

No accountability.

Walmart discounted my order today to compensate and is losing money.

Let me talk ya something I have always hated fedex and when I order from Walmart they usually go with UPS and I love UPS but this one time they used fedex for only god knows why and they f%@king lost it between the warehouse and the distribution center are you f%@king serious they didn’t let me know I had to call Wal-Mart and they said that they will fix it and I demanded they use UPS this time and the guy said “we do apologize for the inconvenience and we will not be using fedex much longer do to many cases of fedex loosing so much merchandise” so hopefully he will do as he said and ship it through UPS. So for my final line I say f%@k YOU FEDEX!!!

This has happened multiple times from multiple distributors......it’s to the point that I go out of my way to NOT use fedex or if that’s my only option, I’ll purchase elsewhere. What a pain.....

Then they will wait 72 hours to deal with the problem. They cant read basic two digit numbers. They deliver to wrong...

FedEx can't figure out how to use a doorbell. We're home all day, look out and see the FedEx truck in the street and figure they are getting ready to deliver the package we've been expecting.. We watch the truck/driver doing stuff on a tablet/phone sitting there for about 15 minutes, then the truck drives away (?) - go out to look for a package and there's a sticky-note on the saying they couldn't get anyone to sign so they'd try later.. UPS rings the doorbell when they make a delivery (just to let anyone in the house know somebody was at the door), USPS rings the doorbell also.. FedEx not knowing how to operate a doorbell is just one of the many aggravating shortcomings that delivery service has.

Ugh! FedEx, where a serious lack of manners and common sense are requirements for employment. So customer (dis)service is not the most thrilling job, but you bring home a paycheck, so try and act like you are there to serve the customer! I reluctantly called FedEx to find out why the tracking history on my package just stopped three days ago? I finally get a “customer service rep” on the line. He said that the USPS was probably going to pick my package up from FedEx as a third party shipper. Probably? This was his best guess. He told me that I needed to call the postal service to ask them where my package was! Seriously? It’s my job to ca
lol around and look for my package? Ludicrous! Then he had the nerve to ask me to participate in a survey about my experience with customer service?!?!
I have watched good manners and customer service go by the wayside. I can’t stand having to deal with nasty and/or apathetic people in so many customer service positions these days. It has become the rare situation to speak with someone in CS who seems to be competent and who does not mind really trying to help. This used to be the norm. It’s pitiful.

A FedEx Ground driver has hit and damaged my mailbox for at least the second time now. Their property damage claims are now by an outside company called Arc Claims......they suck! They have an "F" rating with the BBB and check out their terrible reviews. I think it is their job to stall and deny almost every claim thinking that most won't sue or do anything about it. FedEx has denied my property damage claim so I will now take them to small claims. Also, I am spreading the word about their immoral behavior by placing a sign next to my mailbox telling everyone that "FedEx hit my mailbox and won't fix it".

Came home to a note on my door saying if I want them to come back the next day and leave the package, to sign the tag and leave it or electronically sign it on their app. I didn't want to advertise to everyone by leaving a signed tag on my door so I downloaded the app and created an account. I could not find anywhere where I could "electronically sign". I called FedEx and after having a very difficult time getting a person to talk to he was very rude and condescending and no help at all. I told him I was just trying to follow the instructions. So, I went ahead and signed it and put it on my door when I left for work. I came home at 2:00 and the tag was still there, indicating to me they had not come by yet. I put a post it saying I was home on top of the tag, in case they wanted my signature. At 6:00 I get a notification that it was delivered to my front door at 1:10PM. Um, no. If you had delivered it, wouldn't you have removed the tag from the door? The seller and FedEx are of no help.

I purchase almost everything possible online. USPS never a problem and quite prompt. UPS delivers equally as well. On several overseas items DHL was the carrier and again the packages were received on time. All shipments were easy to track. Many arrived ahead of schedule.
The few unfortunate times, I purchased something and FEDEX was the delivery service. FEDEX was very consistent. Consistently f%@king late.
I am so fed up with these inept losers. Countless times my package arrives somewhere in my State on the due date only to then be shipped to another State to only find it’s way back here. Is my package in carpool waiting for other packages to be dropped off. I am giving up. They are not able to ship the package from point A to point B without an adventure. Have these dickless wonders ever met a delivery date on time?
Moving forward if the merchant or eBay seller uses FEDEX I will not buy.

I purchased an item from an ebay seller on may 10th. fedex smartpost delivery estimate may 15th to may 17th. The package tracking shows the item was scanned into the fedex facility on may 17th and is still sitting there and now has a scheduled delivery may 23rd. USPS can transport first class packages from california to ohio in 3 days but fedex smartpost takes 13? Never again!
